Background

The Davalan Group is proudly South Australian and is owned and managed by the Tudorovic Family. Managing Director Davor Tudorovic established a concrete kerbing business in the early 1960’s to support the growing suburban development in Adelaide.

By 1970, Davor had built the business to be the largest single buyer of concrete in Adelaide establishing the foundations of Davalan Industries today. In 1984 Davalan Concrete Pty Ltd was incorporated to supply and manufacture concrete to the Adelaide market, complementing the metropolitan contracting interests of
the Company.

In the late Eighties the Tudorovic family successfully established Tudor Pavers as a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality concrete pavers in South Australia soon to be followed by Trenel Sands, which has become a major Adelaide sand mine for producing specialist grades of sand.

Today the Davalan Group is managed by Group Operations Manager Alan Tudorovic, and each division is headed up by a management team with many years of experience in their own fields.
